Abstract
This longitudinal study examines the effects of sustainable agriculture practices on crop yields and soil health over a 5-year period. We compare organic farming, conservation agriculture, and conventional methods across 50 farms. Results show that sustainable practices improve soil organic matter by 25% while maintaining comparable yields to conventional methods.
